Hello,
this may be a totally stupid question but I am currently experiencing the following:
My Kodak DCS4xx DSLR as well as EOS DSC 3 are working fine, I can see them record images on a 20MB Compact Flash card that is placed inside the camera with a PCMCIA adapter.
As soon as I place the Compact Flash card into a cardreader and plug it in my PC, my file explorer (or any other tool) shows ZERO files. All it does is show the occupied space on the card, let's say 16MB out of 20MB occupied but ZERO files. (I even tried my old WIN98 laptop, same effect).
I am surely missing something but can't figure it out. Any advice is highly appreciated,
Regards,
Dennis
p.s. I have absolutely no possibility to connect any camera by SCSI..
Kodak DCS4xx - not showing files on card
Re: Kodak DCS4xx - not showing files on card
Hello Dennis,
maybe a solution to format the card in PC? There are SCSI to USB-Adapters in the market.
Greetings
Ulrich

Re: Kodak DCS4xx - not showing files on card
The card is formatted in my PC, in FAT, and recognized by any DCS 4xx camera.
SCSI to USB adapters are unreasonably expensive and I doubt they will fully work as proper SCSI terminals.
