A bit touchy! What creates value for an item is recent sales. We had an item sell for $550 without the camera, and a very recent sale for $431 that did have the camera. This is not the New York Stock exchange. Each item has a measurable value based on wear, cleanliness and even market presentation. ...

Re-visiting the past! The nsxdream purchase looks like it may have a stuck mirror. Am I wrong?

He posted a reply on the listing for my question. You can interpret it yourself?? There's also another question posted as to the missing camera. It's a shame. This looks like it could have been possibly a mint set. Who would seperate/loose the camera.

Complete DCS 100 kit on eBay w/o the CAMERA!

I found a rather nice looking DCS 100 kit on eBay everthing looks really clean. Only problem is there doesn't seem to be a camera. The price ($999.99) would be high, I think, even with a camera. http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&ih=016&item=260015808205&rd=1&sspagename=ST...

Hello! I took a look on eBay and saw one for sale from Austria. I also found a 760 and at that time assume that it was a 60 series sensor, but didn't look it up. When you get into the higher priced gear you have to start thinking why not just go for the 14n/ 14c which may likely be the last word in ...

OOOps I only intended to preview the above. A slip of the finger. Anyway I think the DCS 460 will become my old digital user camera because of the huge sensor. The sensor is bigger than any Nikon glass mountable camera except the DCS 14n. I have an old 16mm fisheye and an old 7.5mm fisheye which wil...

I won that DCS 200 complete outfit. I got it for under $175 which must ba a good deal because I beat out nsxdream by only $1.50. I also disappointed him yesterday on a DCS 460: http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&ih=013&item=230011593658&rd=1&sspagename=STRK%3AMEWN%3AIT&...

DCS 100 General Hardware

I opened another DSU for a DCS 100. I mentioned here previously that I opened one that had been gutted. This one has an intermittant display. sometimes when I power it up the display brightens but shows nothing and the menu doesn't work at all. At other times it powers up OK. I reseated all the card...

DCS 200 on eBay 100, actuations, Original Box

I found this listing on eBay and of course couldn't resist bidding. Not a very knowligible seller but says: "Camera has shot about 100 images." http://cgi.ebay.com/Kodak-DCS-200ci-SLR-Digital-Camera_W0QQitemZ300010685170QQihZ020QQcategoryZ48518QQrdZ1QQcmdZViewItem Any ideas what this is wo...

I raised the question about formatting at the local computer club today. Everyone who spoke up agreed that the drive has to have some file table although no one had any specific knowledge of this camera/storage unit. It was mentioned that Linux would most likely be the best OS to read any drive no m...

Well they all closed at $66-$76. I never bid on any of the three. Did anyone get one. I notice that they all have a sticker on the back with "I/F with PLGR GPS" I have a Canon/Kodak EOS DCS 3c with the same logo. When I Googled it, I came up with references to GPS as I had guessed. Anyone ...
